Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Overdue or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first verify your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially published.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Items for sale (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@spanishlele.com.


If the item was marked as a gift when you bought it and sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you bought it, or if the gift donor sent it later for delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and he will know about your return.


To return your product, you must contact us and we will email you the address to which you should send the product.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required for your product exchanged to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item over 80 euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we receive your returned item.
